Fitness Training

Fitness Training at KORE takes a different approach.  We don't focus on selling sessions, but making sure you put in the time to see the results. Feeling fit and strong takes time and consistency, which is why we focus on month to month training for a minimum of 3 months for 1, 2 or 3x/week. This gets you into a routine and start to build capacity.  It's billed monthly, or bi-month to help make it affordable and sustainable. 

Start with booking a free initial consultation to discuss what amount of sessions works best for you and your goals.  If you are a working adult looking to gain strength, be more active and get back to the life you wanna live, this training is for you. 

3 Months 3x/Week

- Each Session 1 hour long

- One-on-one private sessions

- Home Based Gym

- Equals ~12 sessions/month

- $660/month + GST

3 Months 2x/Week

- Each Session 1 hour long

- One-on-one private sessions

- Home Based Gym

- Equals ~8 sessions/month

- $480/month + GST

3 Months 1x/Week

- Each Session 1 hour long

- One-on-one private sessions

- Home Based Gym

- Equals ~4 sessions/month

- $260/month + GST
