Fitness Training
Fitness Training at KORE takes a different approach. We don't focus on selling sessions, but making sure you put in the time to see the results. Feeling fit and strong takes time and consistency, which is why we focus on month to month training for a minimum of 3 months for 2 or 3x/week. This gets you into a routine and start to build strength capacity. It's billed monthly, or bi-month to help make it affordable and sustainable.

This fitness training session is designed to help you build muscular strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall functional movement. Guided by a certified professional, each session is tailored to your goals and current fitness level, incorporating resistance-based exercises such as weightlifting, bodyweight movements, and strength circuits.

With a focus on proper technique, progression, and injury prevention, the session aims to increase muscle tone, support joint stability, and improve performance—whether you're training for sport, general fitness, or rehabilitation. All programs are personalized to ensure safe, effective, and sustainable results.

Fitness Program Design
- Begin with Athletic Therapy Initial Assessment (100 +GST)
- Fitness Program Design: 80 +GST
- For updated programs book a Follow up session of 45 min (70 +GST)
- Fitness Program Design: 80 +GST​

This session is dedicated to creating a personalized exercise program tailored to your specific goals, needs, and abilities. Before booking a program design session, an initial assessment appointment is required to ensure a thorough understanding of your current condition and movement patterns.
Once completed a Fitness Program Design Session will be booked. During the session, your therapist will demonstrate each exercise, ensure proper technique, and make any necessary adjustments to confirm that the program is a safe and effective fit for you.
Follow-up program design sessions can be scheduled as your needs evolve. These require a 45-minute follow-up Athletic Therapy session beforehand to reassess progress and address any changes before a new or updated program is provided. A second Fitness Program Design will be schedule to make sure the new program is tailored to your needs to be effective for you and your goals.
